So, i want to start a Quidditch team, who's up for it with me?

Why not join an existing team? I know Puddlemere United is still looking for a few players =)

We should try to fill out the first two teams before starting a new team.

I may be alone in this, but doesn't making a third team an international one seem impractical? The biggest reason being that your character would be pretty limited in terms of where they can post. (I know characters could magically transport themselves anywhere, but I feel like it would be difficult to explain why a Canadian or Bulgarian, let alone several of them, are always apparating to London just to hang out.)

It just seems to me like it would be very difficult to fill a team where the majority of the roster really shouldn't have attended Hogwarts, may not even speak English, and has to rationalize it every time they want to post outside of the "Somewhere Else" board. (Plus the international teams are part of their own leagues, anyway.)

Besides, there are still so many British and Irish teams to choose from! Some have really fun possibilities: Chudley Cannons (how funny would it be if everyone on the team was utterly incompetent), Wigtown Wanderers* (everyone on the team could be related), Kenmare Kestrels (hello, leprechaun mascots)...

Anyway, that's just my opinion. :3

I was planning on doing an irish or british team , the character i wanna use lives in london , so , that'd be one of the better ideas

Ah, cool. ^^ I just wanted to say my piece about international teams before anyone got their heart set on one!

Not to mention a lot of the players on both teams are the same person. Quidditch players are stretched too thin as it is XD we should have enough players for both teams so people aren't doubling up just to make a game even possible.

Like if there were enough players I would gladly give my slot up for someone else to take for puddlemere..

If you want another team in the league you should start by encouraging more people to make quidditch players then go from there =]

What spots are open on Puddlemere? Cause, i'll just join the team, instead of making a new one.

Chaser 1 and Chaser 2, I do believe. But more spots will probably open up since more interest in the teams is being generated! =)

Yep. Ivy Mendoza for Puddlemere and Morphine Sylas for the Falcons. Just PM one and tell them you're interested in filling a spot.
